Gain experience in global public health, teaching English abroad, and sustainable development projects by joining our global health internship in Cambodia.
Work in the community of Siem Reap with other volunteers and interns and get involved in the day to day activities of running these programs, such as conducting public awareness workshops around how daily hygiene practices such as handwashing and toothbrushing, can prevent disease. You could also take part in research into access to water in Siem Reap. Our interns can research healthcare topics such as medical treatment, the prevention of dengue fever, and how the community’s health is affected by access to water.
Our programs have been created and are led by the needs of the local community and also help contribute towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Lead English lessons to improve education in the community and schools. By working closely with our local partners, you will also be contributing toward UN SDG #17, Partnerships for the Goals.
